I knew I was in good hands

After 30 years of trading as a Mini-Supermarket, I inherited the business from my father, we faced a breach of trading standards regulations.   Once I sent my first email to Maureen, she straight away gave me a call 10 minutes later. I didn’t expect a solicitor to have such quick response to a new enquiry. I really appreciate her speedy response and good services in my case of Rent Repayment Order from ex-tenants.

  We were in a difficult situation partly because we had been far too trusting of friends of our daughter's. Maureen was excellent, never pointing out that we had been very foolish to trust these people, never guilt  tripping us or saying we didn't have a leg to stand on (other solicitors did  both of those things before we found Reen Anderson). We always knew we would have to pay the claimants some money (the law protects tenants even when their behaviour is reprehensible) but Maureen kept the payment to a minimum and was incredibly supportive all the way through. She removed huge amounts of stress from us and for that we will be eternally grateful. Her knowledge of the law involved was  excellent. She helped us to see which pieces of evidence were important and which were less important. Maureen's representation of us at the hearing was exceptional, she made the points clearly and calmly and was never derailed or disconcerted by the claimants. Reen Anderson provided an outstanding service and we could not recommend them  more highly. If you are a landlord who needs legal support then we would definitely say that these are the people to go to.
